Key of Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting comprehensive studies and financial analysis for tenant representation services
• Assist clients through the negotiation process to achieve advantageous lease terms
• Maintain and provide clients with services and optimal solutions during and after the process
• Act as a liaison between tenants/clients and property management
• Assist in Sole Exclusive Agent (SEA) project
• Review Letter of Intent (LOI)/Letter of Offer (LOO)/Agreement and provide the best solutions in real estate terms
• Update tenancy database
• Actively update space availability/tenancy database
• Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc
• Organize and conduct property inspection for tenants/clients
Requirement/Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Fluent in Mandarin (have HSK - Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi certification) will be preferable
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Discipline and self motivated
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• High passion in property industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Must Have
- Fresh Graduate, Bachelor Degree
- Passion for property sector
- Speaking Mandarin
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Perfect written English
